This week students are doing their Fall max outs in weight lifting classes. Monday and Tuesday were both days for the record books. Many students were able to reach new personal bests some of these included new school records.
Allie Rutar: Breaks her own front squat record of 155lbs with a monster squat of 175lbs and bested her hang clean record with a lift of 140lbs
Logan Timm: Leads all boys with a front squat record of 315lbs
Kaddo Schrunk and Logan Timm: currently tied for the lead on hang clean both completing their three repetitions at 225lbs
Kooper Schrunk leads freshman boys with a front squat of 195lbs and Hang Clean of 155lbs
Laney Timm and Mayci Doliver: Lead the freshman girls in front squat at 155lbs
Nash Morgan: leads boys vertical testing and sets a personal best at 35 inches
Samantha Kinning: leads girls vertical testing at 27.5 inches
On Thursday students will complete their bench press maxes and Friday they will complete their hex bar deadlift maxes.
*all lifts are tested for a three repetition max without straps or other assistance devices, making these lifts even more impressive.

The Student Council, FFA, and National Honor Society along with the Betterment Group and Park Committee helped decorate the park yesterday with lights. It was a great day to be a Pendragon!
